WHAT WILL I BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING & HANDLING?
RetailCloseoutMall.com charges a flat shipping & handling fee which is based on your merchandise total. We surveyed our customers and they have not only told us that they want low cost shipping, but they want to know upfront how much they will be charged. We listened, and now have flat rate, low cost shipping charges. S&H charges are as follows:

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
RetailCloseoutMall.com uses the services of FedEx, USPS & UPS for standard shipping. We select the shipping method that is most economical based on the weight and distance that the package must travel. We encourage all customers to use a physical shipping address as opposed to a P.O. box when placing an order. Not all carriers will deliver to a P.O. Box. As a result using a P.O Box as your shipping address could delay your order.
All packages are delivered to the door front of the shipping address provided. Retail Closeout Mall can only confirm that the package has been delivered using the standing tracking methods provided by the aforementioned shipping services and IS NOT responsible for customer claims of loss or stolen packages not received once the shipping provider has documented proof that the package has been delivered via the tracking and/or confirmation number provided to the customer . If you would like to sign for or purchase insurance for your package in order to provide an extra measure of delivery security, please select the Flat Rate Shipping with Signature and/or the Insurance option for an extra $2.00 - $4.00 charge. When using this option, a signature will be require before the package can be release and/or insurance will be purchased for the package.
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered with a confirmation number and/or tracking number provided with each order. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method described above. When you place an order delivery dates will be based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipping destination.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Any item shipped using standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days to arrive after payment has been fully processed.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Yes. You can ship your order to more than one address. Please note that Shipping and Handling charges will be calculated for each additional address you ship to based on the total of each order. At checkout, you will presented the option of shipping your order to multiple addresses.
WHAT IF I PROVIDE AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Retail Closeout Mall can not be held responsible for any return packages as a result of the customer providing an incorrect/incomplete shipping address. Retail Closeout Mall will ship packages to the address as provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or other incorrect information, Retail Closeout Mall will issue a refund for the amount of the returned order minus the cost of shipping.
SALES TAX
Sales tax will automatically be charged on the merchandise, shipping, and handling charges in the state of Pennsylvania only.
