RETURN POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your order you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your items for a prompt refund. There will be no refunds and/or exchanges allowed for products outside of the 30-day return/exchange periord - NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Items must be returned in their original condition (unused) and packaging in order to qualify for a refund. Used products/items do not qualify for refund and/or exhcange. If upon receipt you discover that your product is defective it must be return immediately. Retail Closeout Mall will not issue a refund or exchange for any products that have been broken and/or dampage while in use. Defective products must be returned in an new/unused state. Retail Closeout Mall does not provide return postage and/or shipping labels. Returning an item for any reason remains the sole responibility of the buyer, not Retail Closeout Mall.
In an effort to continue providing all our customers with first quality merchandise, the following items are not returnable: undergarments (including lingerie and underwear), swimsuits, and pierced earrings.
Clearance items are final sale. No returns will be accepted for any items ordered from the Clearance section of the website.
In order to insure that your refund is handled promptly just follow these return instructions:
1. Contact RetailCloseoutMall.com at service@retailcloseoutmall.com for a Return Authorization Code (RAC). You must provide your Order number and the individual item number(s) of the products you wish to return when requesting a RAC. RetailCloseoutMall.com will reply within 24 hours with a RAC along with the return shipping address to be used for your particular return (varies depending on item).
2. Re-pack the item in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Please be sure to include all parts.
3. Write your assigned RAC on the original invoice/packing slip and include it along with the items being returned.
4. Take your package to any United States Post Office, FedEX or UPS location and ship to the Returns Department address that will be provided to you along with your RAC.
Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one or two billing cycles depending on your banking and/or credit card provider. Please check with the issuer of your credit card for more information..
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item(s). NO refunds (or exchanges) will be issued for products that are mailed/sent to us without having been issued an Authorized Return Code by Retail Closeout Mall - NO EXCEPTION.
PLEASE NOTE: Original and/or return shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All refunds issued will be for the full amount of the product purchase minus the shipping and handling charges. Retail Closeout Mall is not responsible for claims of lost or stolen returned packages, hence it is highly recommended that you return your package using a carrier that will allow you to confirm and/or insure the delivery of your package.
