What forms of payment do you accept?
Retail Closeout Mall accepts Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.
Why was my credit card payment declined?
There are several reasons why this may happen, but here are the most common reasons and how to correct them:

Billing Address does not match credit card: To correct this you must make certain that you use the same Billing Address that is on your actual credit card statement. You can then use the Ship To Address if you wish to send you order to an address other than the Billing Address. If you do not enter the correct Billing Address the order will be declined. This is an industry standard adopted by Retail Closeout Mall to help protect against fraud.

Paying via PayPal: You will note that when you are asked to a Select Payment Option, the first option is Credit Card, but if you prefer to pay using PayPal just scroll down down a bit and you will see the second payment option which is PayPal.
Why am I taken to another website when opting to pay via PayPal?
If you choose to pay for your order using PayPal your order will be calculated by Retail Closeout Mall, who will then send you onto the secured PayPal site so you can complete the payment process for your order.
Do you ship to Canada?
Although Retail Closeout Mall plans to expand to service Canada in the future, currently we only service the United States. Canadian customers can however place orders if they wish to have their order shipped to an address within the United States. This requires a manual approval process and customers wishing to explore this option should email our Customer Service Department at service@retailcloseoutmall.com for further details before placing your order, since all order outside of the United States are automatically denied.
Do you have a toll free customer service number for orders?
Early on we had a toll free number for customers to call, but disabled it after lack of use. We found that customers only used the toll free number less than 1% of the time. We have found that our online shoppers prefer to use online chat feature, which Retail Closeout Mall has made available.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes. Retail Closeout Mall has joined forces with Share-A-Sale to managed its affiliate program. It is a fast and easy way to earn 5% commission on sales generated from your website.
What are redline items?
Redline items are first quality items that the retailer has drawn either a red or black line through the inside label of a garment. This is a method used by the retailer to help assure that customers do not return the product to the original retailer seeking to obtain a refund for the full retail value.
