We have incorporated all of the best features from the most popular party plans in the industry, while eliminating less popular features like fees and quotas. What you are left with is a simple 3-step process that requires no upfront fees or investment on your part. Hosting a party is FREE!

As an RCM Party host you earn a percentage of sales for each of your guests that place an online order with us. In addition, you will be assigned an individual Party Host Code that will not only help us track your orders so that we may properly assign your sales, but it will also give your guest a 5% discount off of their entire order. This gives your invited party guests extra incentive to enter your code, as this is the only way they will receive an additional 5% discount off of the already low closeout prices listed.
To get started hosting your online party just follow these three easy steps:
1. Request a date that you would like to host your party. Email your request to PartyHost@retailcloseoutmall.com. You will normally receive a response within 24-hours confirming your party date along with an instructional email with some useful party plan tips. Also in this email will be your Party Host Code that you will send to your invited online party guests.
2. Send out your email party invitations. The confirmation email that you receive back from Retail Closeout Mall will have sample email templates that you can use to send to your invited guest. You are also welcome to create your own party invitation email.
3. Collect your RCM Gift Certificate. Your party will be open for one week, allowing your invited party guest to order from you for a 7-day period. After your booked party has closed, you will receive a final report showing all the guests who have placed an order with you along with the total amount of each individual order. We will then follow-up by emailing your RCM gift certificate to you usually within 48 if your guests have not booked any additional parties. Otherwise, you gift certificate will be issued immediately after the last booked party has closed.
